2. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The controller shall process, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: GDPR) and, in accordance with the relevant national legislation in the field of personal data protection, the personal data you provide to Pet2me.eu in connection with the use of the services (eg when operating a public register). These are the following personal data.

Personal data of the breeder:

• name and surname, or title;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• residential address or delivery address;
• Pet2me ID and password.

It also processes and stores data on the number of the medallion, the number of the animal's microchip, the manufacturer of the microchip, the date of identification of the animal, or also animal tattoo number, breed, name, sex, color, date of birth, photograph, or other data needed to identify the animal. However, this data cannot be considered personal data.

Veterinarian's personal data:

• name and surname of the veterinarian (designating the animal or listed in the register);
• veterinarian's address,
• phone, veterinarian's email
• KVL veterináře, IČO,
• name of surgery;
• ID number, VAT number of the surgery,
• Email, telephone surgery,
• Name of the surname of the contact person of the surgery
• the seat of the veterinary surgery.

Personal data of kennel, village, shelter:

• name, surname of the contact person
• ID
• Name of the organization
• Email, telephone number of the contact person
• Organization address

Pet2me.eu further processes the data it obtains about you by using its services. These data are:

• IP address and location derived from it;
• cookies and data obtained from them;
• browser and device data;
• geographical data;
• possibly another online identifier;
• data on purchases made.

The personal data you provide to us may be supplemented by additional information, in particular about the contractual relationship you enter into with us and its performance. This information may be in the nature of personal data. Pet2me.eu processes this personal data only in accordance with the purposes set out below and to the extent and for the time necessary to fulfill these set purposes.

III. For what purposes and on the basis of what legal titles do we process your personal data?

Processing of personal data in connection with the registration of an animal and processing of personal data in connection with the sending of information about our service (eg notification of finding an animal, vaccination reminders, payment of a municipal fee, etc.) .For this purpose, we process your name, surname, or title, e-mail address, telephone number, residential address or delivery address. Processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of the order, ie. to fulfill the contract you enter into with us. Without providing personal data, we are not able to process your order correctly. The processing of personal data takes place, especially when using any paid products or services, also due to the fulfillment of legal obligations, especially in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.

Processing of personal data in the administration of the database of animals and their breeders. For this purpose, we process data on animals and their breeders in the range of name, surname, or title, email address, and phone number. Processing takes place within the framework of the fulfillment of the contract that you conclude with us. We are unable to provide our services properly without providing personal information. In the case of an animal finder, contact details and approximate position data may be processed, based on the finder's consent, only for further communication with the animal breeder and only for this individual case.

Processing of personal data when managing the catalog of services. In connection with this purpose, we may process personal data of veterinarians, representatives of kennels, shelters and other similar facilities. Personal data may include name, surname, or title, ID number, address of the surgery or other establishment. The processing of personal data takes place only on the basis of your consent, which you give by filling in the relevant data on Pet2me.eu. Provision of data and their inclusion in the catalog of services is voluntary.

Processing in connection with customer account management. In this case, we process your email address and password, or other identification data, so that we can correctly identify you and prevent unauthorized access to your account. With regard to the nature of the services provided, the registration and creation of an account is a condition for the proper provision of services and thus takes place within the performance of the contract you enter into with us.

Processing of personal data in connection with the handling of complaints, inquiries and complaints. Processing takes place in the range of identification and contact information that you provide and the content of your request. With regard to the nature of the request, the data is processed within the framework of the performance of the contract that you conclude with us, or under measures taken before the conclusion of the contract. Processing may also take place with the consent of us or with our legitimate interest in improving the services. In order to be able to completely resolve your request, it is necessary to provide at least basic identification data.

Processing of personal data for sending newsletters (business messages) and other marketing purposes.

Only if you consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes, Pet2me.eu will process your personal data to the extent - name, surname, gender, age, e-mail address, IP address and location derived from it, data obtained from cookies and similar technologies, data concerning purchases made, data on browsers and devices and possibly other online identifiers, primarily for the purpose of creating a suitable offer of goods and services of Pet2me.eu or third parties and in connection with addressing the customer, namely through all means of Internet advertising and in the form of electronic communication used for sending personalized offer e-mails, targeted advertising and other business messages (profiling) through electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended . Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications, or for other marketing purposes, is granted during registration on Pet2me.eu, or later by making the appropriate choice on Pet2me.eu. Some marketing activities are conditioned by consent to the use of cookies, which are governed by separate rules published on the portal. In all these cases, the provision of personal data is entirely voluntary.

IV. How long do we process your personal data?

Your personal data collected for the purposes of registration, sending information about the service provided, managing the database of animals and breeders or maintaining a customer account and generally personal data related to the performance of the contract Pet2me.eu processes throughout the life of the contract and user account, or. for the entire period of registration of the number of the locket or microchip in the public register. The moment of termination of the processing of personal data means the deletion of the user account, or deleting the locket or microchip number from the public register.

We always process personal data processed on the basis of your consent (when managing the service catalog, processing certain requests or for marketing purposes) for the duration of the consent until it is revoked or the subscription to commercial communications is canceled.

Some categories of personal data may be stored for different durations:

• Financial data (eg payments, refunds) are kept for the period required by the relevant tax and accounting regulations.
• The content you create on our platform (eg comments, opinions, ratings) will be anonymous after deleting the user account (so it will not contain any personal data), but will remain visible.

We carry out further processing beyond the stated deadlines only if this is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests or if further processing is required by law.

In addition to Pet2me.eu and its employees, personal data may also be processed by Pet2me.eu partners to ensure the purposes described above. Pet2me. May also be obliged to transfer some of your personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations, e.g. state administration bodies, courts or bodies active in criminal proceedings in connection with possible administrative, criminal and civil court proceedings.

Pet2me.eu will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, nor to any international organization. An exception may be set out in the rules for the provision of cookies.

VI. What are your rights in relation to the processing of personal data by Pet2me.eu?

As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

In such a case, you have the right to obtain personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another controller and the right to have personal data transferred directly to the other controller directly, if technically feasible.
• The right to correct personal data , i.e. the right to request Pet2me.eu to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay.
